I'm Carol Carson
Carol Carson is a seasoned beauty industry expert with over 30 years' experience in scaling brands internationally. Her career includes senior roles at Boots Retail International and The Body Shop International, where she honed her expertise in global brand strategy and market expansion. Carol has worked with brands and retailers across the UK, Europe, Asia, the USA, and Canada, securing listings with leading names such as Sephora, Ulta, Boots, and Superdrug.
In addition to consulting for emerging businesses on product development, buyer expectations, and expansion strategies, she serves as a fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing sales, marketing, and operations for growing brands. A strong advocate for entrepreneurship, Carol is passionate about equipping start-ups, early-stage founders, and young people with the knowledge and confidence to build successful beauty businesses.
